It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Casa Cielo Design Gantry. If you’re not satisfied with our product or change your mind, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please follow the following instructions:
- Delivery & Handling charges are exempt from the refund even if your goods have been bought with free shipping
- Goods must be in “as new” condition so that it can be resold as new. If you have attempted to assemble and/or install the goods, it may bear marks from the process which will affect the condition. Used goods cannot be accepted for return
- Please inform of us of your returned item with full details to: [email protected]

Date of delivery
Your full name and address (home or site)
Your email address/es
Reason for return
When directed, send goods by Australia Post Parcel Service in original packaging to:

Claims & Damages
in the event of goods damaged or incorrectly supplied, please use this procedure for a claim.
- Upon arrival, unpack all goods and inspect for any damage. Claims must be made within 24 hours from delivery
- Retain all packaging so that the item can be returned in the original packaging
- Note whether the packaging was damaged when it arrived
- Send an email with details to: [email protected]
Please provide the following in your email:
- A description of the item sent, and if incorrect, a description of the item as ordered
- A list of components that might be missing
- Photographs showing damage of goods and packaging
- A detailed description of damage or fault
- Date of goods delivered
- Your full name + address
- Your email address/es
